 BUILDING SURVEY  (OR STRUCTURAL SURVEY) - more appropriate for listed/older homes or for properties constructed in an unusual manner).

We are also able to assist and assure Clients, in all aspects of property development, from advice on planning permission, design, party walls, rights of light, development appraisals, timetable and costs through to providing full project management services.

COMMERCIAL - For commercial Clients we provide tailored services from major property surveys and dilapidation reports through to property development advice, project management, dispute resolution and cyclical maintenance regimes.
